Campaign Manager, Persis Yu for State Senate

Norfolk & Suffolk District (Boston, Dedham, Norwood, Walpole, and Westwood)

This is a position to lead the campaign in a Democracy primary with a first-time candidate challenging a 16-year incumbent.

The campaign manager oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the campaign, as well as working closely with the candidate to ensure short- and long-term goals for the campaign are being met or exceeded. This person must maintain a strong strategic vision for the direction of the campaign’s long-term goals. They direct the process of managing staff and volunteer leaders, as well as coordinating with consultants and vendors.

The campaign manager will oversee all people involved with the campaign, oversee campaign operations, and manage the budget effectively and efficiently. The campaign manager will be required to make fundraising asks for the campaign. Learn more about Persis.
